ST. CHARLES LWANGA IND. DELEGATION: LOCAL SUPERIORS MEETING
On 02nd of August 2021, St. Charles Lwanga Ind. Delegation held its Local Superior’s meeting. St. Charles Lwanga Ind. Delegation is composed of 16 communities spread all over the three countries of East Africa: Uganda, Kenya and Tanzania. There are 5 communities in Uganda, 5 communities in Kenya and 6 communities in Tanzania. The superiors of these communities came together, thanks to zoom platform, for a meeting, first of its kind after the last delegation assembly. All the communities were represented, thanks to Fr. Joy for his good leadership. It was a moment of interaction and sharing good moments together. Members shared about the community life, mission of their communities and ongoing projects in their respective communities. The council members also had an opportunity to share about their respective missions and apostolates. The members also deliberated upon some future prospects for the delegation. All in all, it was a wonderful encounter, we thank God who has kept us all safe a midst the covid pandemic. He has kept us moving on well despite the challenges posed by covid 19, and all our members are happy.
