Uganda : PCJ JINJA: In a stunning display of fortitude and athletic prowess, the Claretian postulants of Andre Sola Philosophy House defied the constraints of Ash Wednesday fasting to clinch a thrilling victory in the PCJ (Philosophy Centre Jinja) Football League. In a heart-pounding match, they emerged triumphant over the Missionaries of Africa, securing a hard-fought 3-2 win.
This year has proven to be a remarkable one for the Claretian postulants, as they also secured victories in Volleyball and Basketball. Their dominance across all three major games marks a historic moment in the 34-year history of PCJ, with the same community achieving championship status in each discipline for the first time ever.
The jubilant seminarians celebrated their triumph with a victory lap, proudly carrying portraits of St. Claret and Blessed Andrew Sola, the revered patron of their formation house.
